Thank you for using PagarAI. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms for cancelling your subscription and requesting refunds for our HRMS, payroll, and AI face-attendance services (“Platform”).
By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No charges will apply after cancellation unless you re-subscribe.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because PagarAI provides instant access to digital services, refunds are generally not provided, except in the following cases:
a. Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for the same billing period, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
b. Verified Technical Failure
If the Platform remains unavailable due to an issue on our side for more than 72 hours, you may request a proportional refund.
c. Accidental Purchase (Unused)
If you subscribed by mistake and have not used the Platform (no attendance, no payroll usage, no data entry), you may request a refund within 24 hours.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The service has been used during the billing cycle.
- You purchased during discounted / limited-time promotional pricing.
- Issues occur due to device problems, network issues, or improper configuration not caused by us.
- You changed your mind after using the service.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email:
Include:
- Registered mobile number
- Payment ID
- Reason for refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation by PagarAI
We may terminate access if:
- Terms of Service are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Payment disputes or chargebacks occur
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
